FA-200 は、富士重工業が戦後初めて開発した軽飛行機です。1965年より生産が開始されました。生産総数は約300機と大変少なく、稼働状態で（登録されて）現存しているのは1999年８月現在、国内外併せて158機と思われます。160
馬力のエンジンを積んだFA200-160型、180 馬力のエンジンの
FA200-180型があり、160型は固定プロペラピッチの機体、180型には固定プロペラピッチの機体と、可変ピッチの機体があります。初期型はエンジンカウリングが鉄板でしたが、後期には空気抵抗を減らすために流線型のグラスファイバーのカウリングを装着した機体（FA200-180AO、固定ピッチのみ）も作られました。後期には、160型と180型にも流線型のカウリングが採用されています。最大巡航速度は180型で約126.0mph(203km/h)です。ごく一部にはインバーテッドオイル供給システムが装着された機体があり（現存しているのは２機と思われる）、背面飛行も可能になっています。
FA200 is the first built light airplane
in Japan after World War II. It is built
by FUJI Heavy Industries LTD. (SUBARU). Only
about 300 FA200 were built and about 158
of them are still in flight all over the
world(at Aug. 99). It has several types.
One is FA200-160 which has a 160 horse power
engine. Another is FA200-180 which has a
180 horse power engine. And each type has
a fixed pitch propeller type and only FA200-180
a constant speed propeller type also. Maximum
cruising speed is 112 knot/hr (203km/hr)
Some of them have an inverted oil supply
system for inverted flight. |
